Description: A true garden specimen shrub with almost ferny finely cut foliage and yellow flowers; soft wispy leaves fountain over trunk, usually grafted on a standard to a certain height; supremely hardy.
Ornamental Features: Light green foliage throughout the season. The deeply cut ferny pinnately compound leaves turn yellow in fall. It has yellow pea-like flowers.
Landscape Attributes: Open multi-stemmed deciduous shrub with a rounded form and gracefully weeping branches. Best without pruning.
