Ornamental Features: Striking variegated foliage is ivory and green throughout the season. Clusters of tiny, fragrant white flowers in late spring mature to white berries in late summer. Stems turn bright red in the winter providing outstanding color interest and are excellent for cutting.

Landscape Attributes: Multi-stemmed deciduous shrub. Low maintenance; although pruning is not required, removing 20-25% of the oldest stems in early spring of each year, stimulates growth of new stems which display the best color. Deer tolerant and rabbit resistant.
