Description: A very hardy dark red apple, good for eating fresh and juicing with good storage qualities. The perfect combination of accent and fruit tree, an abundant producer. In an apple taste test we did this past summer, September Ruby was the favorite pick!

Ornamental Features: White flowers with shell pink overtones. Forest green foliage throughout the season. Leaves turn yellow in fall.

Landscape Attributes: Deciduous tree with a more or less rounded form. Its average texture blends into the landscape. Best pruned in late winter.
