Preparing the soil for grass seeding
1) The first step is eradicating the site of unwanted plants and weeds. We can try to pull them out, or work them up with a rototiller but with only a small piece of root left they will grow back time and time again. Countryside uses a safe and effective chemical to eradicate the site of unwanted plants and weeds.
2) The second step is creating a perfect seedbed. Countryside uses a Harley Rock Rake to remove debris such as rocks and twigs.
3) The third step is to blend grades; filling in low areas and mending high areas such as mole hills for an even seedbed. We then break up the top few inches of soil for improved drainage and making it easier for the grass seeds to establish roots.
