Countryside Landscaping began in May of 1992 with 3 staff.
By 1996 we began tree and shrub production and our shelterbelt
pre-order program. This led to the opening of Countryside Garden
Center in 1998 in the hamlet of Dewinton
{ MAP LINK }. Our initial
idea was to provide plant material that was of higher quality
than we were finding for our landscape clients.
Today we grow over 50,000 potted trees and shrubs and over 20,000 caliper trees. Although our primary focus is still landscaping, our garden center and nursery production has grown to become 40% of our business.
